The Custom Wedding Magazine Experience
Your story deserves to be told with intention, artistry, and a level of care no editable template could ever offer. Our custom wedding magazines are crafted from the ground up, designed exclusively for you, your vision, and your wedding day.
1: Consultation Call (15 Minutes) We discuss your vision, wedding details, and what you want to include. We make sure we are a good match and understand what you’re looking for. You'll leave with clarity on timeline, pricing, and next steps.
2: Design Kickoff (Week 1) You send us your content (love story, photos, details, whatever else you’d like included in your magazine) and we create your custom design concept. No templates-everything is built from scratch to match your vision.
3: Revisions & Refinement (Weeks 2-3) Review your proof and request changes. You get up to 3 revision rounds to make sure every detail is perfect.
*additional revision rounds are available for $50 per revision round
4: Printing & Delivery (Week 4+)
OPTION A: Digital files delivered to you (you handle printing)
OPTION B: White-glove printing service (we print premium quality and deliver directly to you, 2-3 weeks before your wedding)
Timeline: Book 3-6 months before your wedding for best results, knowing the actual design and printing process will take an average of 5 weeks.

How far in advance should we book custom magazine services?
We recommend booking 3-6 months before your wedding. This gives you time to gather content, go through revisions, and have magazines delivered well before your big day. We can accommodate shorter timelines depending on our availability.
Do you work with preferred vendors only?
We have a trusted network of professionals, but we’re always happy to collaborate with new vendors who meet our quality standards and align with your style and budget. Professional photos always offer better quality when printed, that being said it is not a requirement.
Can we customize packages to fit our unique needs?
Absolutely. All packages are flexible—whether you want partial designing support, bilingual spreads, or the full white glove printing experience, we’ll tailor our services to suit your vision.
How much does a custom magazine cost?
Pricing varies based on quantity and printing options, custom magazines start at $500
If you want just the design and you handle the printing, packages start at $350
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, with rush options available at an additional fee depending on location, quantity and timeframe.
What do we need to provide?
Your love story (we can help you write it!), engagement or relationship photos, wedding details (venue, date, wedding party), ceremony information, menus, timeline, and seating chart (this can come later). We'll give you a complete checklist after you book.
What’s the difference between digital and full service?
Digital: You receive print-ready PDF files and handle printing yourself (through Vistaprint, a local printer, etc.)
Full Service: We handle design AND printing with premium materials, delivering finished magazines directly to you
How many magazines should we order?
We recommend ordering 10-15% more than your guest count to account for keepsakes, last-minute additions, and extras for family members.
How many clients do you take at a time?
To maintain the quality of our work, we take 10 couples a month.
It is best to book early to ensure availability.
